The main characteristic of organic products is the natural process and elaboration. No fertilizers or pesticides are used and there is no intervention in the cultivations' natural development.

The organic characteristic of our products is 100% natural, based mainly on the dedication with which we work within the agricultural process in the field. From the care in the placement of the plants to the treatment of the soil and the water used.

As a company we govern ourselves by the use of products accepted by IMO, certifying entity that does periodic audits to our fields and our cultivation. In the harvesting and production of our products we only use water to extract the oil from the fruit. This has allowed us to obtain the Kosher Certification by the Orthodox Jewish Community of Chile.
At San Pietro we take care to cultivate and harvest our products in soils adequate to each different stock.

This allows us to deliver great health benefits to our clients with oils free from additives and preservatives. Besides having exquisite flavors, our products are low in calories, they help reduce bad cholesterol and have anti-oxidant properties that help slow down the aging process and cellular decomposition.
Our production is of a low environmental impact nature. We are a company concerned with nature and the ecosystem.
